Located in Alexandria near the Potomac River, just a short distance away from Washington D.C., this 10-story high rise was built in 1975 and renovated in 2019. The design team reimagined several amenity spaces such as the resident lounge which includes a demonstration kitchen, the rooftop fitness center, and game room. Redesigned with mid-century modern furniture and fixtures, a new aesthetic was established with organic textures, soft colors and welcoming design. Natural materials were incorporated to instill a sense of calm with intricate wood grains, smooth and sleek rattan.
