Nestled in the quiet hills of Glendale, Towne at Glendale offers relaxed living just a short drive from downtown and the Americana where residents can indulge in first-rate dining, shopping and entertainment. Since opening in 1965, Towne at Glendale was extremely out-of-date, boasting dark interiors with old-fashioned furnishings. The design team redesigned the amenity areas as functional spaces that residents want to use. Inspiration by the bright and sunny California coastline, the designers chose a sun and sand color palette with modern finishes that truly represent of the region. Additional focus was paid to creative, engaging areas that are cozy and inviting. New areas include a media room, lobby, lounge area and outdoor living space.
