The interior renovation of this 4- and 5-story, 201-unit podium building located on the north side of the 110, just outside Downtown Los Angeles, was reimagined to repurpose, redesign and update multiple amenity spaces. The opportunity was met with an elevated response – mid-century modern furnishings and finishes allowed a mix of multi-functional lounge areas and private spaces with a sophisticated color palette of fiery oranges and cool greys to elevate the overall experience and tour path. Large open floor plans revitalize the areas without overwhelming due our team’s creative and distinctive layout of walk paths and seating areas. A digital ticker display in the clubhouse adds a touch of whimsy while inviting pomegranate egg chairs create an intimate conversational area.
