Rooted in the character and creative spirit of Durham, the renovation of Haven at Patterson Place reimagines the existing clubhouse as a warm, layered environment designed for connection, productivity, and everyday living. Drawing inspiration from Bull City’s history of craftsmanship, textiles, and music, the interiors reinterpret those influences through a contemporary residential lens.

Earthy greens, warm wood tones, graphic patterns, and natural textures establish a rich material palette throughout the renovated clubroom, kitchenette, co-working areas, game room, and study. Custom millwork, sculptural lighting, patterned tile, integrated seating, and curated art create moments of distinction while maintaining a cohesive sense of rhythm and character across the clubhouse.

Designed to support the varied ways residents gather, work, and unwind, the renovation gives new purpose and identity to the community’s existing amenity spaces.
