Originally built in 2016, Centra at Druid Hills had bones for something more. When new ownership acquired the Atlanta community in 2025, HPAD was brought in to reimagine the resident experience through a fresh design lens.

Inspired by the energy, character, and iconic visual language of Atlanta, the renovation brings a distinctly local perspective to the community’s amenity spaces. References to the city’s landmarks, architecture, culture, and unmistakable sense of place are thoughtfully layered throughout, creating interiors that feel both contemporary and connected to their surroundings.

Strategic new amenity programming, fresh finishes, custom detailing, curated furnishings, and unexpected moments transform tired spaces into inviting destinations designed for gathering, working, and unwinding.
