In order to bring tired and outdated interiors back to life, new space planning, updated finishes, and new furnishings enhanced the lobby, lounge and community areas.  A clean and modern aesthetic with wood textures add warmth and wool linen seating arrangements in subtle grays and earth tones accents add a polished touch.  Simple white walls frame out the back lit laser cut panels that are the main feature upon entering the leasing space. New tile floors that emulate textured concrete helped to finish off the look. The same aesthetic was carried throughout the club, with the addition of the blue kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, and a marble mosaic back splash.
