Completed in 2002, this outdated, affordable community was in need of a revamp. Located just 10 minutes northeast of downtown San Jose, this income-restricted housing features 37 acres of green space with more than 800 mature trees. Balancing tranquil living with urban convenience, this is a community where neighbors become friends and families come together. Inside, residents are welcomed by the biophilic design which emphasizes our need to dwell within nature. Warm wood beams and green, leafy accents intertwin with natural stone, and modern furnishings. HPA Design Group delivered an active multigenerational social and educational environment, supporting and encouraging both the resident’s lifestyles.
