Begonia Place is Temple City, California’s newest mixed-use apartment community, with 2 and 3-bedroom units and 19 multi-level penthouses. Resident amenities include a full-service professional kitchen with floating island and nook seating, private conference room, state-of-the-art fitness center, and over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

This 4-story mezzanine project draws inspiration from the symbolic Begonia flower from Chinese culture, thought to symbolize individuality and harmony in communication. HPAD’s Brand design nods to these references, delivering a stylized icon in hues of ruby-red, playing homage to the Begonia’s petal shape, while the typeface remains bold and modern.
