The clubhouse and amenity spaces were upgraded with contemporary interiors with a clean, ethereal color palette consisting of layered whites, warm greys, and strategic placement of deep blues and textured walnut finishes, the design team transformed the leasing office and fitness room into a modern and sophisticated environment. Carrying a similar aesthetic into the lounge space and multi-functional work areas, a more playful palette was incorporated with additions of vibrant teals, built-in seating, and a unique table constructed with steel beams suspended from the ceiling. Focal points include a high-top hospitality bar with a waterfall countertop, a floating custom-built table, and a leasing retreat with natural wood finishes paired with soft seating.
