Together, with the new ownership group, and their talented GC team, our design team reimagined this student-housing-of-yesterday into the student-housing-of-tomorrow.

Inspired by the close proximity to The Ole Miss campus and growing student body, the Rebels’ crimson red and navy blue were used as a jumping off point for this curated interior. The design intent focused on a purposeful re-planning of spaces, utilization of unexpected materials, bold fixtures and imaginative graphic elements.
