A modern approach to the classic arts and crafts architectural features a mix of copper finishes, detailed moldings, and a contemporary color palette combined to create a comfortable and fresh space for residents. The designer team ensured that the building fit the needs of the local residents as well as the leasing staff. This is reflected in the closing room situated toward the front of the building and gives a glimpse into the communal space while a potential resident waits for an available agent and serves as a small meeting room. This ultimately gives the leasing staff a sense of privacy while keeping a visual on the lobby.
