Located in the heart of the Southside neighborhood of Ft. Worth, Mag & May takes on a modern approach juxtaposed to the historical Ft. Worth community. The unique design contributes to the revitalization of the neighborhood and the artistic culture that it embodies. Unique elements inspired by Southside can be seen throughout with commissioned oversized abstract paintings, curated glass art pieces from a local studio, and gallery walls of black and white photos portraying small neighborhood businesses. The multifunctional amenities spaces were designed for community gatherings with a large glass door that opens to the pool to create an indoor/outdoor space. Social lounges are bordered on by the impressive floor to ceiling fireplace to create intimate spaces within a large room. The spacious demo kitchen was intended for private parties and resident events while the dining table and the social lounges all work together to capture a sense of community.
