Together, with the new ownership group, and their talented General Contracting team, the designers at HPA Design Group reimagined this student-housing-of-yesterday into the student-housing-of-tomorrow. The design intent focused on a purposeful re-planning of spaces, utilization of unexpected materials, bold fixtures, and imaginative graphic elements.

The strategic design and renovation significantly boosted student interest and retention and the success was recognized with the 2023 Student Housing Innovator Award for Best Interior Design (Budget of Less than $250K). The end result; not only was the property revitalized and positioned to attract a new generation of student renters, but also achieved a maximum ROI for the stakeholders.
