This off-campus student living experience is located in the heart of downtown Fort Collins, Colorado and serves the students of Colorado State University. Consisting of six floors and 120 units, the mid-rise also features a fitness room (complete with a ski simulator and rock climbing wall), two outdoor courtyards, a lounge and a business center, as well as on-site, ground floor retail options. Interiors were inspired by the love of the outdoors with its bold, contrasting red brick wall, subdued grey furnishings and wood tones throughout, this modern approach supplies plenty of texture mixed with silver and black fixtures. Thoughtful groupings within each space was crafted to provide a variety of options for studying, gathering, and entertainment.
