Proudly serving student life at University of Central Florida in Orlando is The Retreat at East.

This brand new community was delivered just in time for the fall semester 2021. Student residents enjoy two floors of club rooms, game and media lounges, study pods, café, golf simulator and decked-out fitness rooms.

The designers paid an homage to the school colors, black and gold, using these focal colors peppered throughout in distinctive ways, and further punctuated with daring jade-green accents.
