This transformative design changed this dated clubhouse into a modern student-focused haven.

Repurposed & reimagined spaces like the large club room with feature wall, resident kitchen and both communal and private workspaces create the perfect stay-play-study life balance.

Black painted wainscot lends a traditional vibe, while tailored, contemporary furnishings, whimsical neon signage and bold accessories define the space as anything but.

Fully completed in January 2023, the renovated spaces have sparked new interest and positively increased student retention and renewals. In fact, by March 2023, the community hit the major milestone of 100% pre-leased for the 2023-2024 term.
