Paying tribute to a Texas icon, the Lyndon at Springtown in San Marcos is a mixed-use, modern student living experience located near Texas State University. Luxurious interior furnishings include a custom circular sofa incorporated into a handsome color palette of deep azure blues and earthy, rich leather and textural accents. Each wall tells a story with vintage imagery such as black and white portraits and an over-sized floor to ceiling mural dedicated to former President Lyndon B. Johnson, who attended the university when it was known as Southwest Texas State Teachers College.
