The Allen stands as the signature development within the Beaumont Redevelopment Site in historic downtown Kissimmee, positioned at the gateway to the growing Medical Arts District and walkable residential neighborhoods.

Drawing from a setting that balances old-Florida charm with forward-looking energy, The Allen sets the tone for Kissimmee’s next chapter. Branded as “The Jewel of Kissimmee,” the project marks a bold step in the city’s continued transformation.

The design pays tribute to the area’s past with references to vintage brick architecture and lush surroundings. At the same time, the interiors layer in modernity through rich colors, tactile materials, and sculptural forms—delivering a next-generation space with timeless appeal.
