The design team worked diligently to understand the requirements for the social, psychological, physical and spiritual needs of seniors and found that it was critical to create living spaces that make it possible for seniors to invite their family members to visit. More private dining areas and open kitchens that are accessible to residents was also evident in the layout and space planning. Soothing lighting, walls painted in an inviting color scheme as well as comfortable seating and accents added to the hotel-style first impression.
