Located 40 miles south of Los Angeles, the first phase of this amenity-rich development consists of 388 apartment homes on a 10-acre in-fill site. The architectural concept was to take “elements’ found in nature and develop a series of design vocabularies related to building massing, use of color, materials and textures. One-of-a-kind amenities include a multiple lane bowling alley, double volume rock climbing wall, indoor recreational slide, sprawling rooftop deck with pool and spa, kids playroom, and indoor/outdoor football field. Elements also participates in the City of Irvine’s Affordable Housing Program with eligibility in the Very Low and Moderate Program.
