The HPAD design team collaborated in-kind with another studio to establish a modernized version of a classic Southern mansion — with leather chairs in the study and large abstract paintings scattered throughout from local artists.

Crystal chandeliers appointed high on coffered ceilings illuminate pale grey marbled floors and pair with a rare Steinway Spirio piano to unveil a grand first impression.
A British-inspired paneled library with a white molded fireplace offers daily high tea service and a spacious Grand Ballroom with plush Axminster carpeting sets the tone for any opulent event.
