Located in Dallas’s Bishop Arts District, Bishop Canopy is a 141-unit community developed by Exxir Capital, drawing inspiration from the “romance of Moroccan architecture, the artistic sensibility of French design, and the eclectic character of its historic neighborhood”.

HPAD’s signage design also takes a distinctly artistic approach, incorporating modern typography for unit numeration, creative symbology systems and patterned laser-cut vinyl at elevator lobbies. The scope also included resident wayfinding, policy and required life-safety signage, with comprehensive, construction-ready documentation delivered to fully support implementation.
