Aviada

West Lafayette, IN

Different by design, our team reimagined apartment living in West Lafayette through a layered approach to space planning, and placemaking. The design plays into a collection of intimate, purposeful zones, each with its own character, function, and visual identity, giving residents more inspired ways to gather, connect, focus, and recharge.

The design story further takes flight from Aviada’s name itself and West Lafayette’s acclaimed aviation heritage, translating the area’s legacy of innovation and flight exploration into playful, artful references throughout the interiors.
A focused mix of unexpected materials, contemporary interpretations, tactile finishes, and precision-crafted details gives each space a distinctive point of view.

The curated art collection adds extra personality, creating visual threads that tie the entire experience together, and culminating in spaces that feel connected to place, yet decidedly its own.
