Fully renovated to appreciate the natural elements that reflect the abundant Washington state wilderness, the amenity and leasing spaces were reimagined with a light and airy modern farmhouse aesthetic. The previously outdated dark lodge interiors were weighed down with slate tiles, onyx countertops, cherry wood cabinets and an overbearing antler chandelier. The steep pitched ceiling and exposed wood beams were utilized to keep a sense of grandeur while the tour path focused on fusing formality with comfort. Bright whites and simple textures with refined color accents in blue and cream were combined with abstract art and hip light fixtures. Handsome leather arm chairs and a wool-textured arm-less love seat feel inviting and lounge-worthy while the sleek and distinctive lines of the Kendrick Stone accent chairs in the parlor attract everyone’s attention.
