One of our core values HPA Design Group is to build long-lasting relationships and provide exceptional client experiences. In the beginning, we’ll meet to asses all of your preliminary design and signage needs, in order to better prepare an estimate tailored to your project.

Schematic & Branding Design
During our research, we’ll cross-check city codes and ordinances to certify full compliance. We’ll perform an in-depth review of your new construction plans or conduct a site walk-through for your renovation projects.
By combining interior design, the project’s unique architecture style, and local demographic data, we’ll create a cohesive brand package that unites the entire property. The initial presentation generally consists of the logo, various property signage, a monument sign, and various print marketing collateral.

Design & Presentation Development
All signs are specified with dimensions and finalized with finishes, colors, quantities, and installation. All digital marketing files are completed and released to you.

Signage Production & Install
At the last phase, the permitting and engineering process is initiated with fabrication as well as the installation being coordinated with turn schedules. Finally, we follow up with a walk-through summary to take care of any outstanding signage related items on your punch list.
