Situated 4 miles west of St. Louis, The Grove Entertainment District provided a launching point for the eclectic and funky interiors of Chroma. Integrating the dynamic streetscapes and architectural design while seeking LEED certification for the mixed-use property was a vital factor. The use of space guided the overall vision and inspiration of the architectural design while incorporating a convenience mart, shared work spaces and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Infusing the local vibe of the district was also key as local artists were sourced to craft unique installations and mixed-media pieces in the green spaces as well as the leasing, amenity spaces, and clubhouse.
